Kenneth Bailey has worked in the software engineering field since 2013. Kenneth began as a Software Engineer at Flight Display Systems in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Slalom Consulting as a Consultant. In 2016, they became a Software Engineer at Experience LLC, engineering ETL processes and working on the company's iOS/Android app. In 2017, they moved to DISTILLIO as a Software Engineer. From 2018-2020, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Slalom Build, engineering backend services for Fortune 500 clients and participating in client facing teams. In 2020, they moved to SlateSafety as a Senior Software Engineer, actively tutoring less experienced engineers in development practices.

Kenneth Bailey attended Wake Forest University from 2009 to 2013 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science.
