Will Nicholas currently serves as the Head of Business Development and Government Affairs at Slate since December 2024, focusing on opportunities within the electric vehicle sector. Previously, Will held various senior roles at Lilium from September 2020 to November 2024, including Head of Sales and Business Development for North America and Head of Public Affairs for the same region. Will's experience also includes leadership positions at Bolt Mobility as President of Operations and Business Development from November 2018 to August 2020, and at Tesla, where roles ranged from Sr. Manager of Policy and Business Development to Northeast and Florida Regional Sales Manager between November 2010 and October 2018. Early in Will's career, Will was an AdWords Account Manager at Google from August 2007 to October 2010. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Northwestern University, attained in 2007.
