Raomal Perera is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in business and academia. As the Founder and Executive Chairman of Famworld since March 2021, Perera is dedicated to creating an innovative platform for student language and cultural travel. Perera holds adjunct professor positions at INSEAD and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, contributing to the education of future leaders. Additionally, Perera serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Innovation Academy UCD and is a Board member at Loreto College Foxrock. As a founder of Lean Disruptor, Perera promotes modern business techniques while also contributing to the SLASSCOM Advisory Board and serving as Jury President for the Cartier Women's Initiative Awards. Prior experience includes founding and leading Valista and serving as an independent consultant for Accela. Raomal Perera holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University College Swansea.
