Rogelio Vazquez is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as Chef at Slapfish Restaurant Group since July 2015, Rogelio has demonstrated expertise in quality food control, ordering, and leading shift crews. Prior to this role, Rogelio held the position of Head Chef at Solita Tacos from June 2014 to July 2015, and served as Sous Chef at Provenance Restaurant for a brief period in May 2014 to August 2014. Additionally, Rogelio worked as a Traveling Trainer Manager at Pizza Studio from November 2013 to June 2014, focusing on training back-of-house and front-of-house employees for new restaurant openings.
