Elliott De La Rosa is actively involved in various leadership and volunteer roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to community service and peer support. Currently serving as a Habitat for Humanity Crew Leader Volunteer, Elliott supervises construction projects aimed at providing affordable housing. Additionally, Elliott mentors freshman students at the University of Central Florida through the Mentor Collective Program, leveraging personal experiences to assist with the transition to university life. As the Founder and President of the International Business Alliance, Elliott develops opportunities for students to study or work abroad. Further contributions include serving as a Study Abroad Advisor within the UCF College of Business and leading discussions at Catholic Campus Ministry. Through roles at Slapfish Restaurant Group and St. Mary Magdalene Life Center, Elliott showcases dedication to feeding the homeless, while also assisting at the JMJ Pregnancy Center to support expectant mothers. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has engaged in multiple international educational experiences.
