Juana Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations, data analysis, and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Associate at Slang since February 2022, Juana leads HR operations for a multinational startup while successfully implementing comprehensive benefits packages across the US and Latin America. Prior roles include Regional Operations Manager and Data Analyst at Smart Insider, where Juana managed a global team and oversaw budget and accounting functions in Colombia.
