Ella Baroyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people strategy and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Senior Director, Global People Business Partnership Lead for Build at Slalom since August 2014. In this role, Ella collaborates with Build Leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive People Strategy for over 1,300 builders and acts as a trusted advisor to the Slalom Build Executive Leadership Team. Previously, Ella held significant positions including Director of People and Strategic Initiatives for Slalom Canada and Chief of Staff, where responsibilities included optimizing organizational capabilities and driving strategic initiatives. Earlier experience at Deloitte Consulting involved co-leading organizational readiness for large-scale transformations in Fortune 500 companies. Ella's academic credentials include an M.B.A. in Strategy, Finance, and Leadership and Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA.
