Dionne Baxter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management and organizational optimization. Currently serving as a Director at Slalom since November 2016, Dionne's previous roles include Director of Workforce Productivity at AARP, where initiatives in technology usage and process improvement were spearheaded, and Senior Director of IT Communications, Culture, and Change Management at Hilton Worldwide, where internal communications strategies were developed. Dionne has a solid background in Six Sigma methodologies, having founded AlphaStaff’s first Six Sigma department, and has held key positions at GE Money and Andersen Consulting, focusing on IT project implementation and strategic communications. Academically, Dionne holds a Master's degree in International Technology Management and International Communications from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
