Monisha Jayabal started their work experience as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from May 2011 to July 2013. Monisha then worked as a Student Technical Assistant at Chicago Kent College of Law from January 2014 to April 2014. After that, they joined UPS as a Software Developer in Test from May 2014 to May 2015. Monisha then worked at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a Senior Software Developer in Test from June 2015 to September 2016. Currently, they are working at Slalom Build as an Architect / Lead, Quality Engineering, starting from September 2016.

Monisha Jayabal holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Management, which was obtained from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Anna University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, Monisha has obtained a certification in Agile Test Automation from ICAgile in 2017.
