Jace Allison has a diverse work experience in software engineering and technology consulting. Jace is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Slalom Build, where they focus on organizational leadership and client growth. Jace is responsible for selling, assembling, guiding, and scaling engineering teams across North America. Additionally, they manage business operations, recruits talent, and develops thought leadership. Prior to this role, Jace worked as a Principal of Software Engineering at Slalom.

Before joining Slalom, Jace founded Allison Technology Group LLC, a technology consulting boutique that provides application development services to mid-market businesses. As the Founder, they partnered with clients to empower their businesses through custom software solutions.

Jace also gained experience at AIM Consulting Group, where they worked as a Lead Consultant, Senior Solutions Consultant, and Solutions Consultant - Developer. In these roles, they managed software teams, served as a career manager for consultants, built client relationships, contributed to business development activities, and performed technical leadership on software initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Jace worked as a Software Architect at Gravity Zero, where they managed a small, distributed team and delivered enterprise software applications. Jace also worked as a Consultant at Pariveda Solutions.

Furthermore, Jace is an investor at BlueArch. Jace holds extensive experience in software engineering, leadership, business development, and technology consulting.

Jace Allison holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Issaquah High School. In terms of certifications, Jace has achieved the MCSD: App Builder certification from Microsoft in 2017, the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2022, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020.
