Melody Chu is a seasoned product management professional with a strong background in building and leading innovative products across various technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Slack since November 2022, Melody previously held significant roles including Product Lead for the Creator Marketplace at TikTok, where leadership efforts resulted in the development of the platform's inaugural Creator Marketplace API. Experience at Roblox involved spearheading monetization strategies, while earlier roles at Nextdoor, Facebook, Credit Suisse, Citi, MAC Cosmetics, and Bank of China provided a diverse foundation in software engineering, advertising, and finance. Melody holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University and completed education at Hackbright Academy.
