Abdulkareem Karar possesses extensive experience in layout design and project management within the electronics industry, currently serving as Manager of Layout Design at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since April 2019. Abdulkareem has held several key positions at Skyworks, including Section Manager and Senior Principal Layout Designer, specializing in the design of complex RF test boards and multi-chip module substrates, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and efficient project execution. Prior experience includes a role as a PCB Layout Developer at Ericsson and positions as Principal Layout Designer and Electrical Engineer at Skyworks, where responsibilities involved schematic creation, PCB layout, and product documentation. Abdulkareem's career began with PCB design for automotive fuel-saving technologies at Green Source Technology, following a foundational role as a high school teacher. Abdulkareem holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Carleton University.
