Chris Lauder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Sales Coordinator at Viacom/CBS Outdoor. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Account Executive at Associated Newspapers. Chris then joined ShortList Media Ltd as a Film and Entertainment Manager from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Director of Creative Solutions at Time Out New York. Following that, they worked as an Audiobook Narrator at The New York Public Library from 2016 to 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Director of Business Development at Max Borges Agency. Chris then became the Head of Business Development at MOFILM from 2021 to 2023. In 2023, they briefly worked as a BDM at 4 EON INC Experiential Marketing Agency. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Brand Partnerships at Skyword since 2024. Additionally, they have worked as a Freelance Media Consultant and Voice Over Artist under their own production company, Armachian Productions | Mr Lauder, since 2016.

Chris Lauder attended the Royal School Armagh from 1989 to 1998. Later, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A. with Honours) in History from the University of Roehampton, graduating in 2002. Afterwards, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Cinema Studies from the same university in 2003.
