CJ Bonifas holds extensive experience in quality management and failure analysis within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the VP of Quality, EHS, Failure Analysis, and Operational Excellence at SkyWater Technology Foundry since March 2017, CJ has previously held various roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from August 2004 to March 2017, culminating in the position of Quality Manager. Key achievements include effective management of failure analysis and statistical process control, implementation of Lean techniques to enhance lab operations, and development of innovative tools that significantly reduced cycle time. CJ's academic background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Materials Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
