Tracie Simmons has extensive experience in human resources, training, and development across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Recruiter and Training Project Manager at Skywalk Group since 2010, Tracie specializes in HR management, employee development, and IT staffing. Prior to this, Tracie held the position of Director of Human Resources, Training and Development at F&M Bank from October 2006 to June 2010. Tracie's career also includes over 15 years at MCI in various management and training capacities, as well as experience in quality assurance and sales at Teleconnect. Tracie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
