Jeffrey Luft

Senior Vice President/Divisional CFO at Skyview Capital

Jeffrey Luft began their professional career in 1995 as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. where they supervised financial audit and due diligence assignments for both public and private multinational companies. In 1997, they joined Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Public Finance and was initially responsible for accounting within the Partnership Capital Group. Upon Goldman Sachs' IPO announcement, they were promoted to the Profit Distribution Group and worked with investment bankers in developing the financial model for target pricing and equity valuation for the IPO. In 2002, they moved to Prager and Fenton Llp as a Finance Audit & Tax Manager, specializing in the entertainment, service, real estate, manufacturing and retail industries. Jeffrey supervised various accounting and tax engagements and managed the completion of a limited-scope audit, financial review, compilation of financial statements, footnote disclosure write-ups and federal and state tax returns. In 2004, they joined KPMG as an Audit Senior Manager and led senior manager on various Fortune 500 financial and internal control audits to ensure compliance with SEC, FASB and AICPA regulations. Jeffrey also worked on several IPO transactions and assisted with accounting and disclosure information for filing of Form S-1. In 2010, Jeffrey Luft became the Vice President/Divisional CFO at Volt Delta, a division of Volt Information Sciences, Inc. where they were responsible for the financial and accounting operations. In 2014, they joined Skyview Capital as a Senior Vice President/Divisional CFO and was involved in Mergers and Acquisitions. Jeffrey completed financial due diligences within technology, internet, retail, software, BPO, telecommunications, professional services, medical, manufacturing, and food industries. Jeffrey also built value within portfolio operations by supervising the transitioning of new acquisitions to establish technical accounting and finance processes, internal controls, ERP management systems, along with collaborating with the business unit's leadership team, creating growth and cost saving initiatives, assisting in ongoing restructuring strategies, and improving overall cash management.

Jeffrey Luft obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting from Baruch College. Jeffrey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, which they obtained in February 2021. Jeffrey is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from New York State, which they obtained in January 1997.
