Matthew Holahan, PE, currently serves as the Director of Special Inspection and Material Testing at Skytesting Civil NYS/NYC WBE since April 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Vice President of Special Inspection and Material Testing at Amaracon Testing & Inspections, LLC, and at Hirani Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. Matthew's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Special Inspection, Material Testing, and Construction Management at Haider Engineering, and Project Manager/Civil Engineer at Tri-State Paving, LLC, where involvement in multimillion-dollar construction projects was highlighted. Earlier roles included Assistant Project Manager and Construction Inspector at Future Tech Consultants of New York, Inc., and Assistant Project Manager for Concrete Quality Assurance Services at URS Corporation. Matthew began their career as an engineer at CSM Engineering. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
