Jim Austin has held various software engineering roles throughout their career. Jim started as a Software Engineer at Computer Services, Inc. in May 2009 and continued in that role until August 2017. From August 2017 to July 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer at LLamasoft, Inc. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Software Engineer at SkySpecs starting from July 2021.

Jim Austin attended Ferris State University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Networks and Systems.
