Carla Sandhu currently serves as the Global Head of Brand Design Operations at Skyscanner, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Carla was the Operations Director at Snook from January 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of people, culture, and project delivery, contributing to the scaling of the agency to a multidisciplinary team of 100 staff. Prior roles include Head of Delivery at Street League, where leadership focused on addressing youth unemployment through sports, and Regional Operations Manager. Carla also held the position of Contract Manager at Ingeus, managing the supply chain and partner network across Scotland, and worked as a Legal Caseworker at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, specializing in UK discrimination and equality legislation. Carla earned a degree from the University of Strathclyde between 2003 and 2007.
