Brad Allan is currently the Head of Software Engineering at Skyral. Previously, Brad held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Improbable Defence, where Brad led multiple engineering teams working on base components and capabilities for synthetic environments and decision support applications. Prior to that, Brad worked at OVO and McLaren Applied in managerial roles, overseeing platform engineering teams and delivering software products for various industries. With a background in Java, J2EE development, and Oracle, Brad has a strong technical foundation and extensive experience in software delivery and development.
