Kerry Adler has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2003, they founded and served as the CEO of SkyPower Global, a renewable energy company. Kerry also held various director positions at SkyCitizens Corp, Quebec Wind Energy Partners, Ontario Wind Energy, and NB Wind Energy. In 2013, Adler became the Managing Director at Eagle Capital Investment Corporation. Additionally, they have served as a Director/Advisor for emerging technology, infrastructure, and innovative industries. Kerry is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and Forbes Business Council, as well as an agenda contributor, thought leader, and keynote speaker for the World Economic Forum. Adler has also served as a strategic advisor to the founders and leadership of the International Economic Forum of the Americas and as a member of the board of directors for the Canada-UAE Business Council. Kerry is a founding member of the United Nations Global Compact's CFO Taskforce and serves as a board advisor for the UN Global Compact - Cities Programme.
Kerry Adler's education history begins with attending Concordia University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Economics with a focus on Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. They later enrolled in Bryant University from 1983 to 1985, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and another Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
Additionally, Kerry Adler has obtained several certifications. In 1999, they received the United Nations Global Entrepreneur of The Year award from the United Nations. In 2017, they were recognized as a United Nations Global Compact Inaugural Pioneer For Climate Action. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC) certification from Global Affairs Canada | Affaires mondiales Canada.
