Amabelle Marzo is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Development Leader at SkyOne Federal Credit Union since July 2022. In this role, Amabelle oversees the recruitment process by implementing sourcing strategies, maintaining a diverse talent pipeline, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding experience. Prior to this, Amabelle worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates, screening applications, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Amabelle also has experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kinecta Federal Credit Union, providing HR guidance to management. Amabelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Irvine, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
