Frank Amigo has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2021, they began working as an IT Project Manager for Skynet Innovations. Frank is experienced in working with engineering, industrial engineering, change management, and business transformation systems. In 2019, they became a Special Project Manager for EC Applications, a general engineering contractor specializing in top-level geosynthetic installation service in the environmental containment market. From 2010 to 2021, they worked as an Information Technology Operations Project Manager for Skynet Innovations. From 2004 to 2010, they were a Project Superintendent for GSI Geo-Synthetics Systems LLC, a distributor, fabricator, and installer of geosynthetic materials for a broad range of erosion control and containment applications.

Frank Amigo obtained an Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Frank also obtained an Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) certification from UCLA Extension in March 2008.
