Michelle Persad currently serves as the Senior Director of Marketing at Skylight since June 2023. Prior to this role, Persad held various positions at Outdoor Voices from September 2020 to June 2023, including Sr. Brand Director and Brand Director. At Coterie, Persad was the Co-Founder and VP of Marketing from August 2018 to September 2020. Michelle's earlier experience includes a role as a Presidential Management Associate in Global Consumer Engagement at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from June 2017 to April 2018 and multiple editorial positions at The Huffington Post from March 2012 to July 2016. Persad earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in 2018 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
