Michael Peter is an experienced product engineering manager currently at SkyKick since September 2014, where responsibilities have included product operations and technical account management. Prior to SkyKick, Michael worked at Seattle Children's as a database management intern, improving organizational practices for patient confidentiality and workflow efficiency. Earlier experience includes a role at Customer Engineering Services as a technical support representative, where troubleshooting and project management skills were utilized for major clients, along with quality service representation that involved training material development. Academically, Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, both from Seattle University.
