Donald (Don) Polite has over 20 years of experience in various marketing roles. Donald (Don) currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at SKYGEN USA, where they lead a 40-person Client Experience team and manages 30 key strategic accounts. Don transformed the marketing organization into a corporate strategic partner and drove SKYGEN's Voice of Customer Program.
Before joining SKYGEN, Don worked as the Vice President of Brand and Corporate Marketing at Johnson Controls. In this role, they led a team of 15 global marketing leaders and played a key role in developing and implementing the Johnson Controls-Tyco merger plan. Donald (Don) also negotiated and secured a $100 million naming rights deal with the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame Village, resulting in significant savings for the company.
Prior to their time at Johnson Controls, Don held various positions at Warner Bros. Discovery, NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Abbott, Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International, and Nestlé. During their tenure at Warner Bros. Discovery, they led both content and marketing strategy for key accounts and managed strategic partnerships for the business. Donald (Don) also played a crucial role in sales planning, developed sales goals and forecasts, and achieved annual revenues of over $650 million.

Don Polite pursued their higher education at Northwestern University, where they attained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development and Social Policy. Donald (Don) furthered their academic journey by enrolling in the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing and Management Strategy.
