Paul B. has worked in various roles in the industry since 1998. Paul began as a Technician at Thomas and Thomas Heating and Air, then moved to Comfort Systems USA as an Engineering Manager for Western Building Services in 1999. In 2007, they became President and Owner of Command Control, and also started working at Building Controls & Solutions as a Regional Manager, Commercial Business Development Manager, and Vice President. In 2015, they joined SkyFoundry as a Business Development, Channel Sales Leader, and Sales Ops.

Paul B. began their educational journey at La Canada High School, where they graduated in 1991. Paul then attended Cuesta College to study engineering from 1991 to 1994. Paul then transferred to California State University, Chico to pursue a degree in Mechatronics from 1994 to 1998. In addition, Paul B. holds three certifications: SkySpark Essentials Certification from SkyFoundry obtained in 2016, Niagara AX Certification from Tridium obtained in 2005, and Niagara R2 Certification from Tridium obtained in 2001.
