Maciej Kwas has over 13 years of experience in the software engineering industry. In 2008, they worked as a Graphic Designer for PPUCh Tarczyn, where they designed and prepared brand catalogues for print, wrote web calculation apps with php+js, and wrote simple database-driven standalone applications in Delphi. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a UI Designer & Developer for make.pl, designing and coding web-based CRMs, B2B, B2C and ERP (php + symfony2), fine-tuning interactions with js+jQuery, and designing and coding simple business websited based on wordpress. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Web Developer / Designer I and Web Developer / Designer II for Vistex. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Frontend Developer for IIIT Innovation In IT, where they were responsible for all UI & UX models and decisions in company's systems, and created web apps based on vue.js and express/django. Since 2020, they have been working as a Frontend Team Leader and Senior Frontend Developer for 360 Code Lab, and since 2022, they have been working as a Senior Software Engineer and Frontend Software Engineering Manager for SkyFi.

Maciej Kwas obtained an Engineer's degree in Restoration and Renovation of Monuments from Politechnika Lubelska in 2014. Maciej then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Lodz University of Technology between 2014 and 2016. In addition, Maciej Kwas obtained an Adobe Certified Expert in Visual Communication Using Adobe Photoshop CC from Adobe in July 2015, and a Symfony 2.3 od podstaw certification from WÅ‚odzimierz Gajda in January 2014.
