Saumya Shah is an experienced Autonomy Engineer currently with Skydio since June 2021, focusing on computer vision and contributing significantly to the development of key features such as KeyFrame and Panorama. Previously, Saumya held multiple roles at the University of Pennsylvania, including Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant, working on advanced topics in machine perception and robotics. Additional experience includes a Robotics Software Engineer Co-op with StoneRidge, various teaching assistant positions on online platforms, and research internships at prestigious institutions. Saumya holds a Master of Science in Robotics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
