Richard Watson started their work experience as the VP of New Partnerships at SkyCom Call Center in 2011. Richard was responsible for helping healthcare providers improve their quality of service and reduce costs. In 2012, they joined Walmart eCommerce as Managing Partner. Richard'srole focused on delivering an exceptional experience for over 25 million customers and improving company revenues. Richard worked at Walmart eCommerce until August 2016.

Richard Watson has an associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Miami Dade College.
