Rustam Sultansoy has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various roles and companies. Rustam is currently working at SkyCell AG as a Lead Software Engineer, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining SkyCell AG, Rustam worked at EPAM Systems as a Senior Software Engineer from August 2019 to May 2020. Rustam also held the same role at EPAM Systems from June 2018 to July 2019.

Rustam's experience includes working as a Full Stack Developer at IDRAK Technology Transfer from January 2018 to June 2018, and as a Teacher at IT STEP Computer Academy from February 2017 to May 2018.

Rustam started their career as a Java Developer at Riberry in March 2016, and they worked there until December 2017.

Before that, they worked as a Java Developer at Noizy Store from June 2015 to December 2015, where they focused on backend development for an e-commerce system using the Spring framework.

Rustam's first role was as a C Developer at IS Group from January 2015 to June 2015.

Rustam Sultansoy attended MSU Baku branch from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Mathematics and Computer sciences. In addition, they obtained several certifications from Coursera, including "Elastic Google Cloud Infrastructure: Scaling and Automation", "Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services", "Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Foundation", "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure", and "Google Cloud: Getting Started With Application Development". The certifications were obtained between September 2019 and May 2020.
