Giovanni is the President & Founder of the ION360 business leading the design, development and commercialization of a global imaging technology platform delivering products and services across consumer, pro-sumer and enterprise in a wide range of industries. The ION360 imaging platform delivers virtual reality ā€œAR/VR/360" to mainstream in a powerful multi-channel approach leveraging the Groupā€™s world leading assets in brands, manufacturing, content development and distribution. Online video, live streaming, social media and 3D applicationsā€™ explosive growth are key drivers for the proliferation of AR/VR/360 technology across mobile and wireless communications, computing, display and infotainment devices.

Giovanni established the Shenzhen R&D Center back in 2002 and became the Managing Director of that facility. Ran the Imaging then Consumer Electronics Division at Flextronics, the 2nd largest Electronics Manufacturer in the world, managing a $1B plus portfolio. Co-Founder of an innovation lab in the Bay Area. Giovanni's business activities were used as the basis of a Harvard Business School's "Case Study".
