Jorge Caceres has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and finance. From 2002 to 2015, they worked at eDreams ODIGEO, where they held various roles, including Group Compensation & Benefits Director and Human Resources Director. Jorge'sresponsibilities included developing compensation and benefits policies, talent management, and implementing HR programs. From 2001 to 2002, Jorge worked as a Financial Analyst at eDreams ODIGEO. Prior to that, they worked as an Accountant at SELMARSA from 1997 to 2001. Since 2015, Jorge has been working as the Director of Human Resources at Suntransfers.com, where they are responsible for the overall management of HR functions.

Jorge Caceres completed a Management Development Program at Esade in 2008. In 1997, they pursued a Postgraduate in Small and Middle Size Business Management at Tesys. Prior to that, they earned a University degree in Business Administration and Economics from Universidad CEU San Pablo, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
