Pedro Henrique - PedrOps has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and cloud solutions. Pedro Henrique started their career as a Cloud Solution Architect Intern at Multiedro in 2015, where they gained experience in administration and implementation of projects in AWS and Azure. Pedro Henrique then joined UOLDIVEO in 2016 as a Jr Support Analyst Cloud, providing support and configuration for public clouds such as AWS, Azure, and OpenStack. Pedro Henrique also worked on console administration and troubleshooting complex issues. In 2017, Pedro moved to Concrete Solutions as a DevOps VI, responsible for delivering scalable and fault-tolerant environments in cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Pedro Henrique used tools like Ansible and Terraform and defined GitFlow processes with the development team. Later in 2018, they joined Sky.One Solutions as an SR Cloud Guru Specialist, further enhancing their cloud skills. Overall, Pedro has a strong background in cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Pedro Henrique, also known as PedrOps, attended Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Tecnólogo degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas. In addition to their formal education, Pedro Henrique has acquired several certifications in various cloud computing platforms. Pedro Henrique became an Associate Cloud Engineer through Google in December 2018, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional through Amazon Web Services in November 2019, and a Professional Cloud Architect through Google in December 2019. Pedro Henrique also holds certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, Exam 533: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Pedro Henrique has further certifications from Oracle, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 Associate, and from Google Cloud, including Professional Cloud Architect. Additionally, Pedro Henrique obtained an AWS Technical Professional certification from Amazon Web Services in December 2017.
