Claire McMahon MCIPD, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and organizational design. Currently serving as Head of Sky Life Design at Sky, Claire has led various initiatives in global people transformation and HR strategy development. Previous roles include Head of Organisational Design and Development at ScotRail Alliance and Independent HR and Business Transformation Consultant at Transform HR CSM Ltd, where Claire spearheaded significant HR transformations and technology implementations. Notable positions at Student Loans Company and Centrica involved strategic partnership with senior leadership to deliver effective people strategies across multiple sites and manage complex HR change programs.
