Immaculate Kanaiza's work experience includes: starting in 2020 as a Community Manager and Customer Experience Specialist and a Customer Service Representative at Sky.Garden; from 2017 to 2020 they were a Customer Services Agent at JUMIA KENYA, responsible for assisting in selling processes for customers and generating additional Sales, coordinating information to customers browsing the Jumia websites and performing phone conversations with customers; from 2014 to 2017 they were an Administrative Assistant at MAKINI TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY AND ASSOCIIATION OF FAMILY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES; in 2013 they were a Communications volunteer at Makini school; in 2012 they were a Communications intern at UNEP, responsible for developing their planet website, media monitoring, organizing conferences and coming up with cover design proposals; and in 2012 they were a Public Relations intern at Makini School.
Immaculate Kanaiza obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication (Electronic Media and Public Relations) from Daystar University in 2013. Immaculate also completed an Effective Communication in the Workplace course from Udemy Alumni in the field of Communication and Media Studies.
