Anastasios Stathopoulos is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in both software development and product management. Since November 2011, Anastasios has held multiple titles at Skroutz, including Director of Engineering for the Product division, Head of Marketplace, and Head of E-Commerce, showcasing a strong progression from roles as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Prior to joining Skroutz, Anastasios worked as a Software Engineer at the Research Unit 1 of the Research Academic Computer Technology Institute from April to June 2011. Anastasios holds a Master’s Degree in High Performance Computing from The University of Edinburgh (2009-2010) and a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras (2003-2009).
