Agnieszka Pośpiech has been working in the financial and business industry since 2018. Agnieszka began their career at EX ANTE as an Executive Vice President, then moved to Cognitis where they were a Member of the Development Team. In 2020, they joined EY as part of the Girls Level Up- Mentoring Program, and also worked as an Accountant at Biuro usług księgowych i audytorskich W&D Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. Currently, they work at Skriware as a Financial & Business Analyst and Junior Financial Analyst.

Agnieszka Pośpiech has a diverse education history. In 2018, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University. From 2019 to 2020, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. In 2021, they earned a Master's degree in Law and Business Management from Kozminski University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in MiM from ESCP Business School. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning Excel: Data-Analysis from LinkedIn in April 2020.
