Chris Yeates has extensive experience in maintenance and planning within the mining and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Shutdown Long Term Planner and Maintenance Planner at Rio Tinto since October 2019, Chris has also been a Maintenance Planner for Brunel Energy Inc. since February 2018, and a Plant Manager at Skretting since September 2016. Previous roles include Maintenance Supervisor at Kennecott Utah Copper from March 2015 to September 2016, as well as positions as a Master Data Specialist and Maintenance Planner at Kennecott Bingham Canyon Mine between April 2010 and April 2015. Chris started the career at Rio Tinto as a Technical Specialist from August 2007 to April 2010. Chris holds an education from Salt Lake Community College, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2005.
