Niklas Eriksson has extensive experience in social services and organizational consultancy. Currently serving as a Samordnare at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner since July 2013, Niklas focuses on sustainable social services reform. Previous roles include Handläggare, addressing issues related to asylum seekers, youth in care, and mental health advocacy. Niklas also co-founded Fabelbar and operated a consultancy firm specializing in process management and organizational development from November 2017 to December 2023. Additionally, experience includes roles at Stockholms läns landsting, Left is Right Sweden AB, Misa AB, Calcutta Rescue, and Plan International. Niklas holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Stockholm University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Södertörn University.
