Caroline Lepron (Aguesse) has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they founded LunchMe and also served as a Founder at Sprout Kitchens and Fresh Plate AUS in 2016. Caroline further advanced their entrepreneurship journey by graduating from Founder Institute's Sydney Cohort in 2016. Caroline also contributed to the growth of Hornsby Shire Council as a Community Development Officer and later as an Event Project Officer, organizing notable events and engaging with the community.

In 2017, Caroline co-founded Cookitoo, a marketplace for commercial kitchens, empowering cafes, restaurants, and hotels to rent their unused kitchens to other food businesses. Caroline continued their entrepreneurial pursuits in 2019 when they founded Skoutli, a platform connecting producers, photographers, and content creators with unique locations for their shoots.

Caroline's commitment to empowering individuals in the tech industry led their to become an Evangelist at Caroline Codes Australia in 2022. Furthermore, their entrepreneurial endeavors gained recognition from Antler, a global startup generator and venture capital company, who became an early investor in Skoutli in 2021.

Throughout their career, Caroline Lepron (Aguesse) has showcased expertise in business development, event management, community engagement, and technological innovation.

Caroline Lepron (Aguesse) pursued their education in a chronological manner. Caroline began their academic journey at Vauvenargues High School from the year 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their Baccalaureate degree, with a focus on economics and a major in Spanish. Following this, they attended KEDGE Business School from 2004 to 2008, earning their Bachelor's degree in Cesemed international. Moving forward, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their degree in International Business. To further enhance their academic qualifications, Caroline pursued a Master of Management degree with a major in Event Management at the University of Technology Sydney between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a UNSW Founders Mentor from UNSW Founders in October 2020.
