David Safvati is an Associate Attorney at Sklar Kirsh LLP since March 2024, previously serving in a similar role at Neufeld Marks from October 2019 to February 2024. David gained valuable experience as a Fellow at The American Board of Trial Advocates in late 2018 and completed a judicial externship at the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in 2017. Additional legal experience includes working as a Law Clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney in 2016 and interning at Bet Tzedek Legal Services in 2014. David holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, earned between 2015 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Southern California, obtained from 2012 to 2015.
