Laura Gardner has extensive experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as Store Manager at Skirack since September 2011, where responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, staff reviews, and goal setting. Additionally, Laura has held roles such as Nordic Buyer, overseeing all buying for Nordic skiing products, and Events Coordinator, managing the planning and budgeting of various events. Previous experience includes web order fulfillment and inventory management at Skirack, as well as a FRESH Food Intern at Vermont Works for Women, where Laura contributed to nutritional information for meals distributed to local programs. Earlier retail experience includes a position as Retail Sales Associate at Lenny's Shoe & Apparel. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics/Dietitian and Nutrition & Food Science from the University of Vermont.
