Vanessa Govi is currently serving as the Global Chief Innovation & CX Officer at Ayvens since June 2023 and holds a position as a Board Member at Skipr since September 2021. Previously, Vanessa spent nearly 19 years at ALD Automotive, where roles included Integration Stream Leader - Culture, Group Chief Digital Officer, Head of Strategic Projects, Head of CRM, BI Program Manager, Web Project Manager, and Business Analyst. Key accomplishments include leading cultural integration efforts for LeasePlan, driving digital transformation initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams of up to 200 people globally. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and completed the General Management Acceleration Program at EDHEC Business School.
