Lena Skiba has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Construction Contract Engineer at Andersson Company. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Nyproduktionschef/Head of New Housing Development at Eklund Stockholm New York. In 2013, Lena founded Koerth Property Branding, where they introduced and developed property branding in residential real estate. Lena held this role until 2019. In 2014, they worked as a Housing Project Developer at Axxonen Properties until 2017. In 2017, Lena became a Member of the Board at SF Invest from November 2017 to February 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Head of Retail & Real Estate at BASE2, where they established strategic relationships and partnerships internationally. In 2019, they joined Propstreet as the Expansion Manager Nordics, focusing on the Nordic real estate market. Lena later co-founded and became the CEO of Skinfo, a service for consumers and e-commerce that provides transparent and scientific information about cosmetic ingredients. Since 2022, Lena has been the Co-owner & Head of E-com at Häxan AB.

Lena Skiba obtained their Bachelor of Science in Building & Architectural Engineering from Malmö University, specializing in Building/Construction Site Management/Manager. Lena attended this institution from 2007 to 2010.
