Tia W. began their work experience as a Customer Service Advisor at Argos in 2016 and transitioned to a Customer Service Team Lead role in 2018, where they managed various operational tasks and customer queries until 2021. In 2022, they joined Skin + Me, starting as a Customer Experience Associate and later becoming a Customer Experience Team Lead, where they focused on team management, project support, and customer insights. In 2024, Tia W. moved to And Begin as a Customer Experience Manager.

Tia W. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Songwriting and Music Production from the University of Hertfordshire in 2021. Following that, they pursued a Ba Music degree in Music at the University of Pécs from 2021 to 2022. Tia also holds a certification in Introduction to Data and SQL from Code First Girls.
