Dr. Anand Bidarkar has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr. Anand is currently working as the Co-Founder of SkinMinds and as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Heylth, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SME MaXX from March 2016 to October 2021.

From December 2013 to 2016, Dr. Bidarkar worked at Novartis in various roles including Global Director of Global Medical Affairs and Health Economic Outcomes Research Accounts, and Head of Global Medical Communications (Ad Interim) from January 2014 to August 2014.

Dr. Anand also held positions at Ecron Acunova as the Vice President of Global Business Development from April 2012 to December 2013, and at SIRO Clinpharm as the Vice President of North America Business from March 2008 to May 2012.

Dr. Bidarkar had earlier responsibilities at inVentiv Health Commercial as the Vice President of Service Delivery from July 2006 to March 2008, and at Novartis-Sandoz Business Unit as the Cardiovascular and Diabetes Therapy Manager from July 2004 to July 2006.

Dr. Anand began their career at Sun Pharmaceuticals as a Brand Manager in 2003 and later worked at Apollo Hospitals Group-Medvarsity as an Assistant Manager from 2000 to 2002.

Dr. Anand Bidarkar has a strong educational background with a focus on management and dentistry. Dr. Anand completed their Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from AMEs Dental College and Hospital from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued an internship at the Government Dental College and Hospital in 1999.

Dr. Bidarkar then shifted their focus towards management education. Dr. Anand completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2003 to 2006. During this period, they gained knowledge and skills in various aspects of management.

In 2006, Dr. Bidarkar attended the Harvard Business School where they completed the Manage Mentor Program, specializing in management and leadership.

In 2007, Dr. Bidarkar further enriched their knowledge by attending the Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The program covered subjects such as strategy, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, operations, globalization, and decision making.
