Hugues Peuchot is a seasoned professional in talent management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Co-founder of skillup.co since May 2016, focusing on effective HR strategies and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Hugues co-founded Remaker, a pioneering startup in the circular economy that created a real-time platform connecting local repairers with customers. Hugues has also held managerial and consulting positions at Partners in Performance International, Value Line Consulting, and Advancy, along with an analyst role at Merrill Lynch. Hugues's educational qualifications include a Master's in Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's in Business from ESB Business School and Lancaster University.
