Mike Moreno, CPA, serves as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Skillsoft since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mike held various leadership positions at IHS Markit | Technology from March 2007 to March 2022, including Vice President of Internal Audit, Global Controller, and Senior Director of Internal Audit. Earlier in their career, Mike served as Corporate Controller and Director of Internal Audit at McDATA from July 2003 to March 2007, and spent nearly a decade as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accountancy from John Carroll University, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
