Carla Sparks Tingle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, particularly in compliance training solutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Management at Skillsoft since June 2003, Carla leads a team focused on delivering online products for customer compliance needs in the Legal and Environmental, Safety and Health sectors. Previous roles at Skillsoft include Principal Product Manager, where responsibility encompassed defining product requirements in an Agile environment, and Application Programming Manager, where team growth and SaaS eLearning systems development were key achievements. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager/Programmer at Tenera Energy, where Carla specialized in web-based eLearning systems, and as a Geologist at OpTech. Carla holds both an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Engineering Geology, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
